Q.  Are there any fees to Join CoinSpace?

A. No CoinSpace is FREE to all.

Q. Are there any fees to sell Coin and Currency items in the CoinSpace Auctions?

A. There are never any fees to list items for sale we do charge a small final value fee for completed sales. See the fee schedule on the footer menu bar.

Q. I’m having trouble navigating the site is there a tutorial?

A. Yes, go to the Video link on the main tool bar and select videos. Select the CoinSpace Welcome Tour video you will also find a video on how to add items for sale in the auctions.

Q. My Pictures won’t upload.

A. In most cases pictures that don’t load properly are too large just reduce to the max size of 2000kb for gallery photos or 1000 kb in the Forum.

Q. How do I invite friends to my network?

A. Select Browse from the main menu, double click on the member you wish to invite to your list of friends this will bring up their profile. Underneath their profile photo is the Contact Panel select add to friends. This will send an invite message to the person letting them know you would like them to join your network. Each member has the option to accept or deny.

Q. Can I remove someone from my list of Friends?

Yes, In the same section Contact Panel you added them you can block a member from accessing your profile and any future communication. 

Q. How do I add a photo to a forum thread?

A. When replying to a thread you can upload a photo by selecting the insert image link to the left of the HTML symbol. There are two ways to link (a) Copy and paste the link from the hosting site where your pictures have been uploaded and stored. (b) Add your photo to the CoinSpace Gallery once loaded double click on the image, right click, select properties and copy and paste the URL into the image URL field. Please make sure to resize your image while linking it to the forum post it allows you to add in the dimensions while uploading they should be equal to or less than 350 x 350 to display nicely.

Q. I noticed a number or points with a Star or Stars on my Profile what’s this for?

A. Each time you add content within the CoinSpace site, loading pictures, blogging, posting forums threads, adding videos, adding or voting on polls, updating the event calendar ( We can use your help please feel free to add events to the event calendar) etc. The site will award points as your point total climbs the system will add colored stars to your profile. This highlights your activity level and your seniority.  

Q. How do I send an email to another member?

A. Select Browse from the main menu double-click on the members profile you wish to contact. Below their profile is the Contact Panel select SEND MESSAGE this will allow you to send a private email.

Q. How do I use LIVE CHAT?

A. In the upper RIGHT hand corner of the website select the LIVE CHAT option this will bring up a new window to the CHAT ROOM. From the drop down list on the left side of the page select a chat room, Currency, U.S. Coins or World Coins. If anyone is available to Chat with it will show you who’s available on the right side of the page. If no one is currently available you may leave this menu open while using other areas of the site while waiting for someone join the Chat Room.
