Thanks for the welcome. I am currently working at creating a little collection of Swiss Federation and Swedish coins, interested in the Netherlands guldens, Swedish Kronor and riksdalers, Swiss francs, and a smattering of other coins. For some reason, I seem to be amassing a surplus of French Francs and centimes. Anyhow, I am doing some ebaying (jeromedlovil) and in my typical obsessive hobbying mode, am trying to become a instant semi-expert. Any advice or information always appreciated.
Well Jerome, I can say that you did the one great thing and that is you joined CoinSpace. We may not have a bunch of collectors regarding the coins you mentioned but we have many members who have studied those coins and have a lot of knowledge about them. By posting any questions on the type of coins you are interested in or want more advice on in the forums, you will expand your expertise and learn more.
Here at CoinSpace, members are friendly and always willing to help other collectors at all times. So by joining, you already started doing better and will soon become the expert you wish to be. So my advice is to ask as many questions as you want and learn so that when you become a pro, you can teach other new members to the hobby also interested in the type of coins you collect.
