I think it's a big "OH NO!" if it's not Americans grading because then you have neighboring China and other counterfeiting Countries sending their coins to get certified. If those people are not trained to grade U.S coins, they will be certifying counterfeits. Collectors in the Hong Kong region have a new and easy way to submit their coins to NGC. A new NGC submission office has opened in Hong Kong, making it easier than ever for collectors in Hong Kong and Macao to submit their coins to NGC. The office is directly affiliated with Guangzhou GB, NGC’s full-service China submission center, and operated by the Hong Kong Ocean Gold Coin Investment Co., Ltd. Submitters will be able to bring their coins to the conveniently located Hong Kong office to submit them to NGC for grading and authentication.
