I don't have a problem grading coins, and actually I do pretty well, but for the life of me and have a terrible time being able to tell the diference between cleaned and non-cleaned coins.  The same for polished vs. non-polished.  Does anyone out there have any feedback for me?

Go out and buy some EZ clean or MS70, or if you're not near a coin shop then buy some Tarnex, and start dipping a few random coins. Nothing rare, of course, but just some coins you have laying around that are essentially bullion and won't be hurt by cleaning them. The characteristics of a cleaned coin really stand out once you've created a few yourself. Or if you want a crash course, just look at the photos of coins Traci posts! LOL!!! (just kidding Traci, I'm sure you have a few coins with original surfaces, somewhere....I think! )
