The silver price explosion, that is.  Since opening at $16.36 yesterday morning silver has shot up to $17.27.  Hold on tight.  I am going to have to change the price on my bullion auctions.

Well, since I'm planning to buy some silver next week, I guess you could say I may have gotten hurt a little Its alright though

I'm thinking we need to change the title of this thread to "Did anyone get hurt in the implosion", silver is currently trading $16.80, after spiking to $17.70  in mid-day trading, almost a $1.00 drop in less than 24 hrs....ouch!!

Don't worry.  Think of it as a buying opportunity.

Back in the "Eighties", when the stock market tumbled, silver dropped from about $7.00 down to about $6.00   I owned one 10 oz. bar Englehard loaf style. That crash cost me $10.00  But I also had a friend who was heavily invested in stocks and he said he lost tens of thousands of dollars. I kept my bar , he sold his stocks.
